Laid Off After Open Heart Surgery; Why Not to Drink Anheuser-Busch

anheuser20busch20beer1

I had open heart surgery (triple bypass). I was still seeing the doctors for follow-up treatment when I went back to work at Anheuser-Busch. I got laid-off three days after I went back to work. I lost my medical insurance immediately and got only 2 weeks severance. The worst part is that AB is making record sales. They used the In Bev buyout as the excuse but oddly enough I was the only one in my department that got laid off. Don’t drink AB products. They are now foreign owned and don’t give a sh*t about their employees!!!!!!

Ford is getting ready to repo my car (the new unemployment program where they make your payments only applies to NEW customers NOT existing loyal customers). I am also very far behind in my rent. My medical bills are ridiculous. I have no family to help. itried to go on disability (there were complications with the surgery) and the government turned their back on me too. Your prayers are appreciated!

I’m not sure why people in your situation get picked to be “the one” laid off. The only answer I could come up with is that the management is too lazy to do the annual reviews correctly. I was the only one laid off in my department too and still can’t figure out why, other than what I mentioned above.

Which brings me around to the important part of this – Drink Guinness. Here’s a site too, that tells you how to get it free! Forget AB; go Irish! — http://tinyurl.com/cgqz69

You didn’t get layed off because of bad luck or because of your ailment or because of their stupid excuse.

You got layed off because you are useless and probably should have been layed off years ago. Incompetent jackasses like you always wonder “why” but the answer that “it was you all along” never dawns on them.

Nobody gives a flying f__k about your repo’ed car or your rent payments or anything else. You failed to work and plan for the future, and this is what happens.

    Wow…so harsh! Don’t take it personal…

What’s so wrong with venting? I know how it feels to be let go after already going through an unexpected illness or what not.

It’s like they come in multiples with the bad luck streak.

But stay positive and as stated originally above…it’s a blessing in disguise. Everything happens for a reason…and good is bound to come your way.

Yet another reason for me to keep drinking Boulevard beer, the largest locally owned brewery in Missouri!

Good luck with everything! You’ll be in my thoughts.
