I am a non-profit fundraiser, and after the NGO I worked for had the BEST CHRISTMAS EVER (we raised 1.1 million) I was 'laid off'. WTF???? Kinda takes the motivation to 'do your best' away, doesn't it? I was 'expensive' too, by their standards. They wanted to hire someone cheaper. Hang in there :) I Know!!!!
