I was out before I was in.

There are some badly crossed wires at some companies. I was offered a job at a company that was trying to expand after having spend a few months there as a temp. At the same time however, that the edict to expand the admin department by 5% another edict came down saying to cut costs all departments would have to trim their wages bill by arround 5%. As the company operates a first in-first out policy guess what the admin department did?

I, along with more than a few others, recived only three items in our email folders. The manager\’s Word of the Day (Repurpose), an out of date form email Welcome to the Family email suposedly from the CEO and a message telling us to attend a meeting where, sure as anything, we where fired.
